Godrej Woods is Godrej Properties’ project in Sector 43, right in central Noida, built around an urban forest of roughly 600 trees. It covers about 10.95 acres in three phases and is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ704730 (Phase I), UPRERAPRJ145318 (Phase II) and UPRERAPRJ773536 (Phase III).
The homes on sale now are in Plumeria, the third phase. They come as 3 BHK, 4 BHK and 5 BHK layouts, each with a utility room. The official plans show RERA carpet areas of 125 sq m (about 1,345 sq ft) for the 3 BHK, 162.9 to 171.7 sq m for the 4 BHKs and 193.2 sq m (about 2,080 sq ft) for the 5 BHK, plus generous balconies. Godrej lists the 4 BHK from ₹5.89 Cr.
Location is the reason people pay this much. Sector 43 is a settled, green part of central Noida: Godrej puts Sector 18 about 10 minutes away, the DND Flyway about 10 minutes and the Noida Golf Course about 4 minutes. Very few new projects of this size are coming up this close to the city centre.
Earlier phases (Indica, Cassia and Rosea, then the Evergreen towers) are further along, and Godrej shows possession from October 2026. If you want to look at a newer Godrej project with a longer timeline, compare Godrej Riverine right next door in Sector 44.

Amenities at Godrej Woods
The forest is the headline. Godrej has planned the project around roughly 600 trees, with a forest trail and a yoga deck set among them, so a walk before work feels like a walk in a park rather than a lap of a podium.
The clubhouse adds a swimming pool, spa, steam and sauna, a banquet hall, a 15-seater miniplex, indoor games and a cards room, plus restaurants, a café and outdoor seating around a sculpture court.

Possession dates differ by phase, so ask which tower you’re being offered and check its completion date against the RERA registration for that phase on up-rera.in.
Because the project is nearly complete, you may be able to see finished towers and common areas before you buy. Compare the carpet area with ready homes nearby, and look at Godrej Riverine next door if a later possession suits you.

Godrej Woods is at Block A, Sector 43, one of central Noida’s established, greener sectors. It sits close to Dadri Road with easy access to the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, and it’s well connected to Delhi through the DND Flyway.
