What to look at on a site visit
Reviews are useful, but an hour on site tells you more. When you visit Gaurs The Islands, check the things people complain about later: water pressure and power backup in the flat, lift waiting times at peak hours, parking allotment and how tight the ramps are, the state of the club and whether it is actually open, maintenance dues and what they cover, and how the sector road behaves at 9am.
Ask to see the occupancy certificate for the tower and check the RERA registration on up-rera.in. We will do both with you, and we will tell you what we think honestly, including when a project is not the right fit.
