Smart-home living done right
The smart-home features suit my day-to-day lifestyle very well. The clubhouse and gym are maintained to a premium standard.
Great environment for kids
The expansive green spaces and recreation areas are wonderful for my children. It gives them a safe, open place to play and grow.
Well connected on all sides
Public transport, autos and cabs are readily available around Sector 94, and the metro, railway and airport are all within reach. Expressway traffic can get congested at times, but otherwise everything I need is close by.
Everything within the complex
The construction quality is excellent and daily essentials like banks, clinics, schools and markets are all nearby. With a hypermarket inside the premises, I rarely even need to step out.
Family feels very secure
Round-the-clock guards, CCTV surveillance and intercom access keep my family feeling safe. The dedicated fire-fighting system adds further peace of mind.
Impressive but pricey
The development itself is excellent, but the steep price point is hard to justify. Short-term returns may not match the premium being charged.
Comfortable homes, a few gaps
The apartments are spacious, stylish and packed with amenities that I genuinely enjoy. That said, poor drainage causes waterlogging in the monsoon and there have been safety incidents in the surrounding area.
