Mahagun Meadows Reviews
We publish reviews only from people we can verify as buyers, owners or residents of Mahagun Meadows, Sector 150, Noida. We have not collected any for this project yet, so there is nothing to show here rather than something made up.
No verified reviews yet
This page is live so that owners and buyers at Mahagun Meadows have somewhere to post their experience. Until we have reviews we can stand behind, we would rather leave it empty than fill it with ratings nobody wrote.
If you own or have booked a home here, we would like to hear how it has gone: the sales process, the paperwork, the handover, the maintenance, and whether the building matches what was sold. We verify ownership before publishing, and we publish the criticism along with the praise.
We never publish a review in someone else’s name, and we do not accept payment for a rating. If you spot a review here that you believe is not genuine, tell us and we will take it down while we check.
What we can tell you about Mahagun Meadows today
Mahagun Meadows is ACE Group's project in Sector 12, Greater Noida West. The project page carries the official configuration, price and RERA details we have been able to verify, along with the current construction position.
What the public record shows
We have no verified resident reviews for this project yet. What we do have is the regulatory record, which is documented, checkable and more useful than an anonymous star rating.
UP RERA registration UPRERAPRJ1670 still reads Ongoing. The last extension expired on 28 September 2021 and no completion or occupancy certificate appears on the record. Twenty-seven complaints are registered against this project, and thirty-two against the promoter, Logix Heights Pvt Ltd.
UP RERA, complaint NCR144/06/109613/2023. The regulator held that the promoter’s possession offer dated 2 January 2024 was invalid, because it was made without a valid occupancy certificate and without fire, life-safety, structural and electrical clearances. It directed delay compensation at the State Bank of India’s marginal cost of funds based lending rate plus one per cent, running from 26 November 2018, and imposed a penalty under Section 63 for submitting misleading documents.
NCDRC, 27 October 2025, Consumer Complaint No. 46 of 2024. Seven buyers who had paid in full brought the matter. The Commission directed handover complete in all respects with a valid occupancy certificate within three months, with interest at six per cent a year from the promised date and costs of ₹50,000 to each complainant. The order names the respondent as Logix Heights Pvt Ltd rather than the project; we attribute it here because UP RERA shows that company with one registered project, which is this one.
None of that means you should not buy here. The towers are built and occupied, the site is low density with a pitch and putt course, and the design credentials are real. It means the occupancy certificate is the transaction rather than a formality attached to it.
What to look at on a site visit
Reviews are useful, but an hour on site tells you more. When you visit Mahagun Meadows, check the things people complain about later: water pressure and power backup in the flat, lift waiting times at peak hours, parking allotment and how tight the ramps are, the state of the club and whether it is actually open, maintenance dues and what they cover, and how the sector road behaves at 9am.
Ask to see the occupancy certificate for the tower and check the RERA registration on up-rera.in. We will do both with you, and we will tell you what we think honestly, including when a project is not the right fit.
