The carpet figure we could find is 1,103 sq ft against a 1,750 sq ft super area for one 3 BHK type, which gives you a sense of the loading.

Compiled across project material and portals, the list runs to a clubhouse, swimming pool and gymnasium, tennis, squash, badminton and basketball courts, a jogging and cycling track, a yoga and meditation zone and kids play areas, with round the clock security and CCTV, power backup, rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant.
We could not open the developer’s own site to confirm this list verbatim, so treat it as compiled rather than official. The project is occupied, which means you can check every item on a visit, and that is the check worth doing here.

Ask to see the occupancy certificate, then verify the RERA number for your tower on up-rera.in, since the two numbers quoted online could not be confirmed against the register and one portal shows an agent code in that field. Get the maintenance dues, the transfer charge and the parking allotment in writing.

Antriksh Grand View location: Sector 150, Noida
Project material puts the Noida to Greater Noida Expressway at the doorstep, the Sector 148 metro station about 2.1 km away, Pari Chowk seven to eight km and Jewar airport about 45 km by road.
