ACE Mahagun Medalleo is a 3 and 4 BHK project on about 10 acres in Sector 107, Noida, built jointly by ACE Group and Mahagun. It is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ125561, under the project name Mahagun Medalleo, with a declared completion date of 7 September 2029. The register records zero complaints against it.
Of the projects on this site, this is one of the cleaner RERA records. The registration was taken out on 26 September 2022 for an 84 month build, the completion date has not passed, and no complaints have been filed. That is worth saying because it is not true of every project in this price bracket.
ACE publishes two clubhouses, a forest trail through the site, an all weather swimming pool, a sports arena and IGBC Gold certification. It does not publish a size table, a price list, a tower count or a unit count, so everything in that part of this page comes from property portals and should be treated accordingly.
The portals disagree with each other quite badly. One gives six towers of G+29, another eight towers. One prices the project at ₹5.25 Cr to ₹15.64 Cr, another at ₹4.25 Cr to ₹6.32 Cr for broadly the same homes. We have shown both rather than pick one.

Neither ACE nor Mahagun publishes a size table or a price list for Medalleo. Everything below is portal-sourced and the sources disagree, in some cases by a factor of two. We have shown the range rather than a single figure, and we would get the developer’s own cost sheet before taking any of it as settled.

Ask for the developer’s own cost sheet and size table in writing. The portal figures for this project disagree with each other by a wide margin, and one portal quotes a 4 BHK up to 7,450 sq ft and ₹15.64 Cr that no other source supports.

ACE Mahagun Medalleo location: Sector 107, Noida
Sector 107 sits between the Noida Expressway and the older central Noida sectors, which gives it better access to the city than the sectors further down the expressway.
Portals put the Sector 101 station on the Aqua Line about a kilometre away and Indira Gandhi International Airport about 42 km by road. ACE does not publish distances, so these are portal figures. See what else is in the area in Sector 107.

Mahagun has been building in Noida and Ghaziabad since the 1990s. The registered office on the RERA record is A-19, Sector 63, Noida.
