Legacy by Gaurs Reviews
We publish reviews only from people we can verify as buyers, owners or residents of Legacy by Gaurs, Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida. We have not collected any for this project yet, so there is nothing to show here rather than something made up.
No verified reviews yet
This page is live so that owners and buyers at Legacy by Gaurs have somewhere to post their experience. Until we have reviews we can stand behind, we would rather leave it empty than fill it with ratings nobody wrote.
If you own or have booked a home here, we would like to hear how it has gone: the sales process, the paperwork, the handover, the maintenance, and whether the building matches what was sold. We verify ownership before publishing, and we publish the criticism along with the praise.
We never publish a review in someone else’s name, and we do not accept payment for a rating. If you spot a review here that you believe is not genuine, tell us and we will take it down while we check.
What we can tell you about Legacy by Gaurs today
Legacy by Gaurs is a 265 home project at Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida, with four towers of 36 storeys and 4 BHK homes, registered as UPRERAPRJ688396/10/2024 and launched in October 2024.
What to look at on a site visit
Reviews are useful, but an hour on site tells you more. When you visit Legacy by Gaurs, check the things people complain about later: water pressure and power backup in the flat, lift waiting times at peak hours, parking allotment and how tight the ramps are, the state of the club and whether it is actually open, maintenance dues and what they cover, and how the sector road behaves at 9am.
Ask to see the occupancy certificate for the tower and check the RERA registration on up-rera.in. We will do both with you, and we will tell you what we think honestly, including when a project is not the right fit.
