ACE Platinum is a delivered project of 1,276 homes in Sector Zeta I, Greater Noida, on the Pari Chowk side rather than in Noida Extension. ACE publishes a full super area table for four configurations running from a 1,149 sq ft 2 BHK to a 1,949 sq ft 4 BHK. Everything available now is resale.
Zeta I is the older, planned part of Greater Noida: wide sectors, low density, institutional land nearby, a long way from the Noida Extension crush. It is a different market from Sector 1 or Techzone IV, and the buyer for a Zeta I flat usually already knows that.
We could not find a UP RERA registration for ACE Platinum. ACE itself publishes a page listing the RERA numbers of sixteen of its projects, from Divino and Parkway through to ACE YXP, and Platinum is not on it. Two portals record the approval status as GNDA approved with no RERA number at all. The likeliest explanation is completion before the registration cut off, which would make registration unnecessary, but no source states that and we have not confirmed it.
The price data on this project is the worst we have seen on any page in this set, and we would rather say so than paper over it. One portal quotes a starting price of ₹39.1 lakh. Another quotes ₹1.1 Cr for a flat it calls a 2 BHK at 1,450 sq ft, when ACE’s own 1,449 sq ft plan is a 3 BHK. Those two figures cannot both describe this project in 2026, and the second source has already mislabelled the configuration. We have published neither as a headline price.

ACE Group’s own walkthrough for Platinum runs about five and a half minutes and was posted in August 2013, well before the project was finished.
That makes it an architectural animation rather than a record of anything built. It is still the clearest view of the site layout and the open space ACE publishes, but do not read the interiors as the specification, and expect a delivered society more than a decade old to look different.

The sizes below are ACE’s own, taken from its floor plan page, which labels every figure super area. The square foot column is the conversion from ACE’s square metres.
Read the area basis carefully here. One portal reproduces almost exactly these numbers but calls them carpet area, which would make the flats far bigger than they are. They are super area. No carpet area is published for this project by anyone.
*ACE publishes no price for this project; the price list sits behind an enquiry form. Of the two portal figures we found, one gives ₹39.1 lakh starting and the other gives ₹1.1 Cr to ₹1.34 Cr, both captured in September 2026. Those are roughly three times apart, and the second source mislabels the 1,449 sq ft plan as a 2 BHK when ACE’s own plan for that size is a 3 BHK. We have not picked one of them to show you as the price. Ask us for recent registry values in the towers you are looking at instead. Stamp duty, registration and transfer charges are extra.

ACE Platinum amenities
The first list is ACE’s own, from its overview page. It is short, and the most substantive item on it is the open space figure: ACE publishes about 70 per cent of the site as open.
Everything in the second list appears only on a property portal. On a delivered project the useful question is which of these is running and who maintains it, so treat the portal list as questions for a site visit.
Where ACE Platinum stands
ACE publishes no launch date. The absence of a RERA registration, and the GNDA approved status two portals record, both point to a project completed before UP RERA registration became compulsory.
ACE lists the project status as delivered but publishes no handover date, and no occupancy or completion certificate was found in any source.

Buying at ACE Platinum? Check these first
There is no RERA number here that we could find, so the occupancy certificate is the document that carries the weight. Ask for it by tower, and ask what the GNDA approval covers, since that is the only approval either portal records.
Confirm the area basis in writing before you agree a rate. A portal is already publishing ACE’s super areas as though they were carpet, which would make a 1,449 sq ft flat look like a very different home. For a registered ACE project you can actually check on the RERA portal, see ACE Parkway.
ACE Platinum location: Sector Zeta I, Greater Noida
The project is in Sector Zeta I, Greater Noida, in the planned grid on the Pari Chowk side rather than in Noida Extension. ACE publishes the sector and nothing else.

ACE Group
ACE Group India builds across Noida, Greater Noida and the expressway corridor from its office at Ace Studio in Sector 126, Noida. Its registered projects elsewhere on this site include ACE Starlit and ACE Parkway.
One portal attributes ACE Platinum to ACE Infracity Developers Private Limited. That entity’s UP RERA record lists four projects and Platinum is not one of them, so we cannot confirm the attribution from a regulator record and have not published a legal entity name for this project.
For context rather than as a mark against ACE: NCLT Delhi approved ACE Infracity’s resolution plan for the insolvent Three C Homes in June 2023. That is ACE acquiring a distressed builder as the resolution applicant, not ACE being wound up, and it has nothing to do with this project.
