ACE City is a delivered project of eleven towers, lettered A to K, in Sector 1 of Greater Noida West. ACE publishes 2,532 flats and a full set of floor plans for them. Everything available now is resale. It is a mid market project rather than a luxury one, and the sizes reflect that: 2 BHK homes from 1,090 sq ft up to 3 BHK at 1,530 sq ft, all on a super area basis.
The data on this project is unusually clean in one respect and unusually poor in another. ACE’s own floor plan page publishes the super area of every configuration in square metres, tower by tower, which is more than most developers do for a delivered project. Against that, it publishes no price, no possession date, no land area and no carpet area at all.
We could not find a UP RERA registration for ACE City. That is worth spelling out carefully, because ACE does publish RERA numbers for its other projects in its own site footer, including Ace Divino and Ace Starlit. ACE City appears in the same completed projects list with no number attached. It is also absent from the UP RERA project list of ACE Infracity Developers Private Limited.
The likeliest explanation is that ACE City’s towers received completion certificates around or before UP RERA’s ongoing project cut off, which would make registration unnecessary. Registration in Uttar Pradesh opened around August 2017 and portals put the first handovers here at 2016 or 2017. That explanation fits, but no source states it, so we are telling you no number was found rather than offering you a reason to stop looking.
One more thing. Several portals display a number in their RERA field on this project’s page. UPRERAAGT10119 and UPRERAAGT000347/01/2026 are those portals’ own agent registrations, not project numbers. UPRERAPRJ6734 belongs to Ace Divino. None of them is ACE City’s.

ACE Group’s own walkthrough for ACE City runs about five and a half minutes. ACE also has a shorter actual views film on the same channel showing the built project.
This one was posted in July 2016, around the time the first handovers began, so it is the selling film rather than a record of the finished society. Ten years of occupancy sit between it and what you would see on a visit.

The sizes below come straight from ACE’s own floor plan page, which publishes them in square metres tower by tower. The square foot column is the arithmetic conversion at 10.7639 sq ft to the square metre, and it matches the figures a portal publishes independently to the foot.
Every area here is super area. No carpet area is published anywhere for this project, by ACE or by anyone else, so get it in writing from the seller before you sign.

The only quantified price we found is ₹1.06 Cr to ₹1.48 Cr at about ₹9,100 per sq ft on one portal, and that figure carries no date at all, so treat it as a rough anchor rather than a current market price. A second portal shows price on request for every configuration. No carpet area exists in any source. Stamp duty, registration and transfer charges are extra.

ACE City amenities and specifications
ACE publishes a proper specification sheet for this project with named brands, which is more useful than an amenity list and rarer. We have reproduced the brand level detail below because it is checkable on a site visit.
The amenity list itself is thinner on ACE’s own pages than on the portals. We have kept the two apart. On a project delivered this long ago the real question is what is running today, so use the portal list as questions to ask rather than as a description.
Where ACE City stands
One portal puts the start at November 2012. ACE publishes no start date.
Three portals give three different possession dates: March 2017, December 2017 and May 2018. ACE publishes none. We are not picking one.
ACE lists the project status as delivered. An owners association exists, which is the normal marker of a handed over society.
No RERA record exists to check. Ask the seller for the occupancy certificate for the specific tower and read the maintenance ledger.
Buying at ACE City? Check these first
There is no RERA number for this project that we could find, so the usual RERA check is not available to you. That makes the tower’s occupancy certificate the document that matters. Ask for it by tower letter, because eleven towers do not necessarily share one certificate.
Do not accept any of the numbers the portals display on their ACE City pages as a RERA registration. UPRERAAGT10119 and UPRERAAGT000347/01/2026 are agent registrations belonging to those portals. ACE City location: Sector 1, Greater Noida West
The project is in Sector 1 of Greater Noida West, in Bisrakh Jalalpur village, PIN 201306. ACE itself publishes only the words Greater Noida West with no street address on the pages we checked.
ACE publishes no distances either, only that the project is near a proposed metro station and well connected to Delhi NCR. Portals disagree sharply on the metro: one says close to Noida City Centre, another says eight kilometres from it. We have published neither. See what else is in the area in Sector 1.

ACE Group
ACE Group India builds across Noida, Greater Noida West and the expressway corridor, from its office at Ace Studio in Sector 126, Noida. Its work elsewhere on this site includes ACE Starlit and ACE Parkway.
One ACE entity, ACE Infracity Developers Private Limited, carries 15 complaints at UP RERA across its projects, three of them against Ace Parkway. That entity’s registered project list does not include ACE City, so none of those complaints attaches to this project. There is also no complaint count available for ACE City itself, because there is no RERA record to read one from.
A practical warning about ACE online. Several sites mimic ACE branding closely, including one that simply adds a letter to the real domain. Those mimic sites are where most of the conflicting unit counts and possession dates for this project come from. The developer’s own domain is acegroupindia.com.
