CRC Maesta is CRC Group’s premium residential project in Sector 1, Greater Noida West, right at the Noida border. It spans about 3.7 acres with five towers, only two apartments per floor and a fully landscaped, car-free ground level. CRC currently lists its 4 BHK Premium Residences from ₹4.31 Cr.
Each tower has an entrance lobby with three high-speed lifts serving just two homes per floor, and CRC says homes get up to 270° views of the landscape and the club. The towers are designed by Hafeez Contractor’s studio. Channel partners quote the 4 BHK at about 2,650 sq ft; an earlier phase also had 3 BHK homes of about 1,720 to 2,295 sq ft, which are now mostly available on resale.
The ground level is kept free of vehicles, with landscaped gardens, several pool areas and a clubhouse holding an indoor pool, spa, gym, mini theatre, billiards lounge and more.

Amenities at CRC Maesta
CRC describes a well-equipped clubhouse with lifestyle and wellness amenities and several pool areas for different moods. The official list includes an indoor pool, swimming pool, kids’ pool, jacuzzi, gym, yoga room, spa, sauna and steam.
For games and leisure there’s table tennis, squash, chess, carrom, a card room, billiards, karaoke, a kids’ activity room and a business centre, while the ground level is fully landscaped and car-free.
