CRC The Peridona is CRC Group’s ultra-luxury residential project on Plot C-01, Land-II, in the Jaypee Greens integrated sports complex, Sector 26 and 31, off the Surajpur–Kasna Road in Greater Noida. As per UP RERA it has 341 homes on 6.80 acres, and it’s registered as UPRERAPRJ298067/05/2025 with CRC Greens Pvt Ltd as the promoter.
RERA lists 266 four-bedroom and 75 five-bedroom homes, which channel partners market as 4 BHK, 4.5 BHK and 5.5 BHK residences. CRC’s own media announcements describe 42-storey towers, and channel partners quote the 4 BHK from about 4,950 sq ft and ₹12 Cr, with the larger homes going well beyond that.
What CRC has leaned on most is the design team. It has named Killa Design of Dubai (the studio behind Dubai’s Museum of the Future) as concept architect, Gensler as resident architect, New York’s Rockwell Group for the interiors and clubhouse, SWA Group for landscape, CBM Engineers and Thornton Tomasetti for structure, and Mace as project manager. The project was unveiled at a launch event in Dubai in July 2025.

CRC doesn’t publish a price list online. Channel partners quote the prices below, and put the launch rate at about ₹19,000 per sq ft with current quotes nearer ₹26,000. RERA shows 266 four-bedroom and 75 five-bedroom homes. Ask us for the official floor plans and a cost sheet.

Design and amenities at CRC The Peridona
CRC has put together an unusually well-known team for a Greater Noida project: Killa Design as concept architect, Gensler as resident architect, Rockwell Group designing the interiors and clubhouse, SWA Group on the landscape, CBM Engineers and Thornton Tomasetti on structure, and Mace managing delivery.
CRC hasn’t published a full amenity list on its website yet. The setting inside Jaypee Greens gives residents the township’s golf course and green areas, and we’ll add the clubhouse details once CRC shares the official list.
