CRC Joyous is CRC Group’s residential project in Techzone 4, Greater Noida West, registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ613747. CRC now lists its 3 and 4 BHK homes from ₹2.21 Cr and says the project is delivering in 2026.
The official floor plans show total sale areas from about 980 sq ft up to 1,780 sq ft across four towers. Two formats stand out: podium flats, which come with a private lawn or garden at the podium level, and duplex homes spread over two floors with a private lawn, garden and terrace.
Each tower has three lifts and its own premium lobby, apartments are Vaastu-friendly and face either the greens or the road, and CRC specifies vitrified flooring in the living and dining areas, wooden flooring in the master bedroom and weatherproof texture paint outside.
