ATS Pristine Golf Villas is a completed villa development on Sports City land in Sector 150, Noida, delivered around June 2023. It runs to about 113 detached 4 BHK villas on plots of 350 and 500 square yards, each built over a basement, ground and two floors. The registered promoter is Celerity Infrastructure Private Limited, under the ATS Greens brand.
The single most important thing to get right on this project is that it is not the villa wing of ATS Pristine. It is a distinct development with its own RERA registration under a different promoter company. ATS Pristine Golf Villas is UPRERAPRJ3796, promoted by Celerity Infrastructure Private Limited. ATS Pristine Phase 2 is UPRERAPRJ2875, promoted by ATS Housing Pvt Ltd, and it is an apartment project of 716 homes in 17 towers. Two different companies, two registrations, two entirely different products, sharing only the Pristine name and the sector. ATS’s own Pristine Phase 2 page makes no mention of villas or golf at all.
That distinction has a practical edge. At least one property site publishes UPRERAPRJ2875 on its ATS Pristine Golf Villas page. That is the apartment project’s number. If you check it, you will be reading a different project’s record, including its 51 complaints, and drawing the wrong conclusion in either direction.
Second, the golf. ATS’s own material claims a nine hole golf course with water bodies. One broker site escalates that to a nine hole course designed by Greg Norman across 100 acres. That claim does not hold up: there is no Noida course in the published list of Greg Norman designs, the only course in the region attributed to him being at Jaypee Greens in Greater Noida. More to the point, the golf facility in Sector 150 was an obligation of the Sports City master allottee rather than an amenity ATS built, and reporting on the scheme says the promised sports infrastructure, golf course included, was largely not delivered. We found no resident account or verified photograph of a playable course here. Treat this as golf-themed landscape with open land alongside until you have seen otherwise.
Third, we are not publishing a price band. The figures available run from ₹4.00 crore to ₹31.17 crore across five property sites for the same villas, a spread of roughly six times, and none carries a reliable date. ATS publishes no price. A range that wide is not information, so we have left it out and would rather get you an actual number on request.

These are the developer’s own figures, from ATS’s project page and its brochure, and unusually for this sector they separate super area from carpet area clearly.
We have not put a price column here. The reason is in the note below and it is not evasion.
*ATS publishes three variants: 350 sq yd, 500 sq yd Type-1 and 500 sq yd Type-2. Property sites additionally claim built-up sizes of 3,150 and 4,500 sq ft, which would imply plots smaller than 350 sq yd; we could not corroborate those from any developer source and have marked them unverified. On price, the figures published across five sites for these villas run from ₹4.00 crore to ₹31.17 crore, a spread of about six times, none of them dated reliably, and ATS publishes no price list. We are not going to average that into a number that looks authoritative. Ask us and we will get a figure on a specific villa. Stamp duty, registration, GST and other charges are extra.

ATS Pristine Golf Villas amenities
The first two groups come from ATS’s own page and brochure. The vehicle-free zone with movement confined to the basement is the item worth noting, because it changes how the streets between the villas work and it is unusual at this scale.
We have put golf in its own group rather than in the amenity list, because what ATS claims and what is built are not established to be the same thing.
Where ATS Pristine Golf Villas stands
The project was launched in October 2016 as a villa development on Sports City land in Sector 150, under Celerity Infrastructure Private Limited.
Registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ3796, ATS Pristine Golf Villas (Phase-1), to Celerity Infrastructure Private Limited. The registered completion date is not published in the records we could reach.
Possession is reported as June 2023 by two independent sources, with a third still labelling the project under construction against the same target date, which reads as an un-updated page.
The project is complete and occupied. It is small, about 113 villas, and low profile, which is why there is comparatively little written about it.
Get the occupancy certificate for the villa in writing, confirm the registry position, and see for yourself what exists on the golf land.
Buying at ATS Pristine Golf Villas? Check these first
Use the right registration. This project is UPRERAPRJ3796 under Celerity Infrastructure Private Limited. It is not ATS Pristine Phase 2, which is UPRERAPRJ2875 under ATS Housing Pvt Ltd and which carries 51 complaints of its own. At least one property site prints the wrong number on its page for these villas.
Then settle the certificate and the registry. The project’s address is recorded as Sports City, Sector 150, and registries and occupancy certificates across the sector were frozen from January 2021 before being lifted on conditions during 2026. The relief reported so far has named the SC-02 parcel specifically, and we found no document confirming equivalent clearance for SC-01, where this project sits. Ask for the occupancy certificate in writing and confirm at the sub-registrar that registries are being executed for this project.
ATS Pristine Golf Villas location: Sector 150, Noida
The project is recorded at Sports City, Sector 150, Noida, about a kilometre from the Noida to Greater Noida Expressway. Sector 150 is the least dense of the Expressway sectors, which is what makes a villa development of this size possible there at all.
The nearest Aqua Line station is Noida Sector 148, about 2 km away, with Sector 145 next along the line. See the rest of the sector in Sector 150 Noida.
We found no reliable published distance from this project to Jewar airport, the FNG corridor or Sector 18. The one source that gives them also prints the wrong RERA number for this project and an implausible metro claim, so we have not used its figures. Measure the routes yourself.
ATS Infrastructure and Celerity Infrastructure
The brand is ATS Greens, part of ATS Infrastructure Limited, founded in 1998 in Noida. The registered promoter of this project is Celerity Infrastructure Private Limited, which is also the promoter of ATS Kingston Heath, so one company carries both projects’ obligations. ATS Le Grandiose sits under a third entity, and ATS Knightsbridge under a fourth.
Group-level history worth knowing, in both directions. ATS Heights Pvt Ltd, the Knightsbridge entity in Sector 124, went through an insolvency petition that the NCLT admitted in April 2024, which the NCLAT stayed the following month and which the NCLT allowed to be withdrawn on 13 March 2026 after a settlement with lenders. On the other side of the ledger, ATS repaid ₹1,250 crore to HDFC Capital in November 2025 and prepaid ₹190 crore to the SWAMIH Investment Fund.
We searched specifically for litigation, RERA orders, consumer forum matters and quality complaints naming ATS Pristine Golf Villas or Celerity Infrastructure and found none. That is an absence of findings rather than a clean bill; the project is small and low profile. For context on how this promoter group has performed in the same sector, the sibling apartment project ATS Pristine Phase II carries 51 complaints on its own record and slipped from a completion date of 31 December 2021 to 29 June 2023.
