ATS Kingston Heath sits in Noida’s Sector 150 sports belt, on a site ATS describes as about 30 acres of greens wrapped around a 9-hole golf course. Nine towers hold 479 homes, which works out to roughly 17 homes an acre, and each floor has only two apartments, both facing the golf greens.
Homes come in two layouts, Type A in Towers 1, 2, 5 and 6 and Type B in Towers 3, 4, 7, 8 and 9. Channel partners quote the 3 BHK at about 2,350 sq ft and the 4 BHK at about 3,300 sq ft of super area, with carpet areas on the UP RERA register of roughly 1,519 sq ft and 2,251 to 2,305 sq ft.
ATS positions the project around wellness rather than plain luxury, so the amenity list leans towards an Olympic-size pool, open-air gym, reflexology and acupressure walks, yoga zones and long jogging tracks, alongside two clubhouses, tennis, squash, basketball and a cricket pitch.

Amenities at ATS Kingston Heath
The centrepiece is the 9-hole golf course, which is what most of the homes look out on. Around it ATS lists an Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, a cricket pitch, badminton and squash, a youth plaza, an open-air gym and a pet park.
The wellness side is where this project differs from its neighbours, with reflexology and acupressure walks, yoga and meditation zones, medicinal and herb gardens and long tree-lined jogging tracks. Indoors there are two clubhouses holding billiards, table tennis and a cards room, plus an amphitheatre and celebration lawn outside.

ATS Kingston Heath location: Sector 150, Noida
Sector 150 is the sports sector on the Noida Expressway, with around 80% of the sector left as open space, and Kingston Heath sits inside it with the golf course on its doorstep. ATS lists the Sector 148 metro station about 2 km away and Noida International Airport at Jewar about 30 minutes by road.
