ATS Pristine is one of the projects that made Sector 150 what it is. ATS describes Phase 2 as 716 apartments designed like a sanctuary, with 11 acres given over to greenery, and the towers have been occupied for a few years now, so this is a place you can walk through rather than imagine.
Portals record 17 towers of 24 floors spread over roughly 18 acres, with 3 BHK homes of about 1,750 and 2,300 sq ft and 4 BHK homes of about 3,200 sq ft on a saleable basis. ATS itself does not publish an area table for Pristine, so treat those as portal figures and check the numbers in the agreement of the specific flat you are shown.
Because the project is delivered, what is available is resale rather than builder inventory, and the price depends on the tower, the floor, the view and how the flat has been kept. Quotes on the portals run from about ₹15,000 to ₹17,000 per sq ft, which is a wide band for the same project and usually means old asks sitting next to fresh ones.
Next door, ATS also built ATS Pristine Golf Villas, a separate villa project registered under its own RERA number, and the newer ATS Kingston Heath on the golf course. People often confuse the three, so check which one a listing actually refers to.

ATS does not publish sizes or a price list for Pristine, so everything in this table comes from portals and channel partners. On a delivered project the number that matters is the one for the specific flat, so use this as a range rather than a quote.

Amenities at ATS Pristine
ATS lists a cafe, a kids activity area, yoga rooms and a cards room among the indoor spaces, and the project is sold on its landscape, with 11 acres of the site given to greenery.
Portals add a clubhouse with a swimming pool and gymnasium, tennis and basketball courts, a cricket ground, a jogging track, a meditation zone, round the clock security with CCTV, power backup, a sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting. Since the project is occupied, you can see all of it working before you buy.

Portals record possession from late 2021 onwards.

Ask for the occupancy certificate for the tower, the maintenance dues position and the society’s transfer charge, and see the original allotment letter and builder buyer agreement from the seller. Verify UPRERAPRJ2875 on up-rera.in while you are at it.
Walk the floor at different times of day, and check the parking allotment, which is the thing buyers most often discover late. If you want something newer on the same road, compare ATS Kingston Heath.
ATS Pristine location: Sector 150, Noida
Sector 150 is Noida’s sports sector, planned with about 80% of its area as open space, and it is the first sector you reach coming in from the Yamuna Expressway side. The Sector 148 metro station on the Aqua Line is about 2 km away and the Noida Expressway runs alongside.
Schools such as GD Goenka, Genesis Global, Shiv Nadar and Gyanshree are close, with Jaypee, Yatharth and Felix hospitals nearby. See the rest of the sector in Sector 150.
