Eldeco Echoes of Eden is the Eldeco Group’s February 2026 launch in Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway, minutes from Jaypee Sports City and the Buddh International Circuit. The UP RERA register puts it at 5 acres with three towers and 558 homes, and Eldeco sells it as VRV air conditioned 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences.
Channel partners name the three towers Haven, Elysian and Caelum, each running basement plus stilt plus 32 floors with five lifts, and they say Haven and Elysian sold out first with inventory now mostly in Caelum. Super areas quoted are 1,250 sq ft for the 2 BHK, 1,550 and 1,850 sq ft for the 3 BHK and 2,700 to 3,150 sq ft for the duplex penthouses. The carpet areas on the RERA register are 700.31 sq ft, 870.70 sq ft, 1,056.81 sq ft, 1,558.39 sq ft and 1,819.20 sq ft.
Eldeco launched at about ₹8,999 per sq ft and partners now quote around ₹9,300, which puts a 1,550 sq ft 3 BHK near ₹1.44 Cr before taxes and other charges. Treat those numbers as indicative and ask us for the current sheet, because the rate moves between phases.
This is a new launch with a January 2031 completion date on record, so it suits a buyer with time rather than someone who needs to move in soon. If you want the same stretch with an earlier handover, compare ACE Edit and Eldeco Ballads of Bliss.

Eldeco publishes the RERA carpet areas but not a price list, so the super areas and rates below come from channel partners. The 2 BHK was the first to go and partners now describe it as sold out.

Amenities at Eldeco Echoes of Eden
Eldeco’s own list for Echoes of Eden covers convenience retail, a landscape hangout area, a multipurpose court, an amphitheatre, peripheral greens, a palm tree avenue, a kids swing area, an open gym, CCTV security, power backup and a school bus waiting area.
Channel partners describe a much larger clubhouse of about 75,000 sq ft with a pool, spa and indoor games, which Eldeco has not confirmed on its own site, so please treat that as a claim rather than a commitment until you see it in the agreement.

Echoes of Eden location: Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway
Sector 22D sits on the Yamuna Expressway near Jaypee Sports City, which is why the sector has filled up quickly since Jewar airport started taking shape. Eldeco lists Jaypee Sports City at 0.5 km, Sardar Patel Vidyalaya at 1.1 km, the Buddh International Circuit at 3 km and Kailash Hospital at 4.5 km.
