Godrej Palm Retreat is Godrej Properties’ resort themed development in Sector 150, built in two phases across roughly 14.35 acres. Godrej’s own figures put 430 homes and 21 commercial units in Phase 1 and 211 homes in Phase 2, which makes 641 residences in sixteen towers.
The towers come in two types. Godrej names A1 to A5, B1 to B5 and E in Phase 1 and C1 to C5 in Phase 2, splitting them into low rise buildings that hold the 2 and 3 BHK homes and taller iconic towers that hold the 3 and 4 BHK homes. Phase 1 is registered as UPRERAPRJ745601 and Phase 2 as UPRERAPRJ124632.
The Godrej floor plans give carpet and balcony areas in square metres, which is the measure that matters: the 2 BHK is 71.62 sq m carpet (771 sq ft) plus 11.47 sq m of balcony, 83.09 sq m in all; the 3 BHK is 111.68 sq m carpet (1,202 sq ft) plus 16.83 sq m of balcony, 128.51 sq m in all; the 4 BHK is 176.75 sq m carpet (1,902 sq ft) plus 36.26 sq m of balcony, 213.01 sq m in all. Godrej does not publish super areas, so the 1,300 to 3,300 sq ft figures below are portal quotes. Prices run between roughly ₹1.95 Cr and ₹4.95 Cr at rates near ₹12,500 to ₹13,350 per sq ft on the portal super area.
Worth knowing before you sign anything: the promoter on the UP RERA register for both phases is ACE Infracity Developers Private Limited, the land partner, with Godrej Properties as the developer and brand. That is a normal joint development structure, but it is not stated on Godrej’s own pages. For other options in the sector, see ATS Pristine and Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue.

Amenities at Godrej Palm Retreat
Godrej sells Palm Retreat on resort style living, with the landscape doing most of the work: palm lined avenues, water features and large open greens between the low rise buildings and the taller towers.
Published material covers a clubhouse with a pool and gym, courts and play areas, and the project sits next to the 40 acre Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park, which effectively extends the greens beyond the boundary. Since the towers are occupied, walk the club and the landscape before you decide rather than relying on a list.
Where Godrej Palm Retreat stands today
Godrej launched the resort themed project in Sector 150.
Portals record possession from mid 2025 for the delivered phases.
More than a hundred resale listings point to a project that is handed over and lived in.
One portal still shows part of the project as under construction, so confirm the status of your tower.
Buying at Godrej Palm Retreat? Check these first
Ask which phase and tower the flat sits in, and check that phase’s registration on up-rera.in: Phase 1 is UPRERAPRJ745601 and Phase 2 is UPRERAPRJ124632. Ask for the occupancy certificate, the carpet area from the agreement and the maintenance rate.
Note that the RERA promoter is ACE Infracity Developers Pvt Ltd while the brand is Godrej, so the names on your paperwork may not match the hoarding. For a comparison in the same sector, see ATS Pristine.
Godrej Palm Retreat location: Sector 150, Noida
Godrej describes easy connectivity to the Sector 148 metro station, expressways within about 5 km and the proposed international airport at Jewar, with the project sitting adjacent to the 40 acre Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park in what it calls the greenest sector in Noida.
Sector 150 is planned with about 80% of its area as open space, which is why it draws buyers who want room rather than a short commute. See everything else in Sector 150.
