ACE Aquacasa is a residential project in Sector 16C, Greater Noida West. ACE Group’s own site carries pages for it, so it is an ACE project, but almost nothing about it is published by ACE or confirmed on a regulator record. This page is shorter on numbers than our other project pages, and that is deliberate: we would rather publish less than repeat figures we cannot stand behind.
Here is the position. ACE’s real site, acegroupindia.com, has an Aqua Casa overview page, a site plan, a floor plan, a specification page, a location map and a construction update page. So the project exists and it is ACE’s. But the same site publishes a list of sixteen ACE projects with their RERA registration numbers, and Aqua Casa is not on that list. No registry search we ran returned it either.
The number UPRERAPRJ6649 appears on several sites against this project. Every one of them is a marketing partner microsite rather than ACE or the regulator, and one of them states in its own footer that it is an authorised marketing partner and not the developer. We are not publishing that number as this project’s registration, and nor should you accept it without checking it on up-rera.in yourself.
There is a second problem specific to this project, and it explains why so much of what you will read about it is unreliable. A different builder has a project with almost the same name in almost the same place: Rudra Aqua Casa in Sector 16, Greater Noida. One large portal’s page titled Ace Aqua Casa has body text that describes Rudra Group and Rudra Aqua Casa. Portal content for this project name is demonstrably mixed between two different builders’ schemes, so anything scraped from a portal about Aquacasa, including that RERA number, is suspect.
One more gap worth naming, because every other project page on this site now carries a walkthrough. ACE Group publishes video for its other projects on its own channel, and there is no Aqua Casa film on it. The videos that do come up under this name are broker uploads, and one of them is openly about Rudra Aqua Casa, a different builder’s project. We would rather show you nothing than embed a film that may not be this project at all.
Two more corrections. The sector is 16C, not 16 as this page previously said. And the price you will find quoted on portals, ₹52.75 lakh to ₹92 lakh, carries an explicit last updated date of July 2022. That is four years stale and we have not republished it as a current price.

Every size below comes from a marketing partner site or a portal. ACE publishes a floor plan page for this project but we could not reach its contents, and no source anywhere states whether these figures are carpet or super area.
The 3 BHK is where the sources disagree outright. One partner site gives 1,450 and 1,655 sq ft, another gives 1,450 and 1,840 sq ft, and a third gives 1,468 sq ft. We have shown all of them rather than choose.

We have no developer published amenity list for this project. ACE’s own pages for Aqua Casa were not fully reachable, so everything below comes from a marketing partner site.
Given that portal and partner content for this project name is mixed up with a different builder’s similarly named scheme, treat this list as unverified in a stronger sense than usual. Ask ACE for the sanctioned amenity schedule before you rely on any of it.
Where ACE Aquacasa stands
ACE’s own RERA list, which covers sixteen of its projects, omits Aqua Casa entirely. That pattern is consistent with a completed legacy project that predates registration, which is our reading, not a confirmed fact.
One partner site says ready to move in its title and under construction in its body, with completion expected by end 2025. One portal says ready to move and files it under under construction projects. No occupancy certificate status was found.
We would not act on any of the above. Ask ACE for the project’s current status in writing, and verify any RERA number you are given on up-rera.in yourself.
Buying at ACE Aquacasa? Read this first
This is the thinnest data set of any project page on this site, and we have written it that way on purpose. There is no confirmed RERA registration. The number circulating on marketing partner sites, UPRERAPRJ6649, appears on no ACE page and on no regulator record we could reach. The status is described two different ways within the same partner page. The last price figure available is from July 2022.
Before you look at anything else, confirm which project you are being shown. A different builder has a similarly named scheme in an adjacent sector, and one large portal has already published that builder’s description under this project’s name. ACE Group India builds across Noida, Greater Noida West and the expressway corridor from its office at Ace Studio in Sector 126, Noida. Its registered projects elsewhere on this site include ACE Starlit, ACE Parkway and ACE Mahagun Medalleo.
One portal attributes Aqua Casa to ACE Infracity Developers Private Limited. That entity is confirmed on the UP RERA record as the promoter behind ACE Parkway and ACE Arte, but no developer or regulator source ties Aqua Casa to it specifically, so we have flagged the attribution as probable rather than publishing it as fact.
The UP RERA record for ACE Infracity Developers shows 14 complaints against the promoter across all its projects, three of them against ACE Parkway. That is a promoter level figure for an entity we cannot confirm is even the promoter here, so it should not be read as a complaint count for Aquacasa. There is no complaint count for this project, because there is no confirmed registration to carry one.
ACE Aquacasa is an ACE Group project in Sector 16C, Greater Noida West, with no RERA registration we have been able to confirm.
