Logix ACE Estate is a 68 acre integrated plotted township at Plot TS-01B, Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway. The registered name is simply Ace Estate. You buy land here rather than an apartment. It is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ442226/10/2024, and the proposed completion date on that record, 31 December 2025, has already passed.
The name confusion is worth settling first, because it tells you something real. The project is branded ACE Estate and sits on ACE Group’s own website. The promoter registered with UP RERA is Logix Buildestate Pvt Ltd, a Logix Group company, which is why one large portal files it as Logix ACE Estate. A channel partner page goes as far as asserting that this is an ACE Group project and not a Logix project. The register says Logix Buildestate Pvt Ltd, and the register is what governs your agreement.
Then the date. The RERA record gives a proposed start of 1 July 2024, a duration of 18 months and a completion date of 31 December 2025. That date passed roughly nine months ago and we found no extension and no completion certificate on the summary page. A portal still describes the project as under construction with possession in December 2025, which is simply stale. Nobody should sell you this on a possession date that has already gone by.
There is a RERA number circulating for this project that is wrong, and it matters because it looks almost right. A channel partner site displays UPRERAPRJ4422, which is a truncation. The full registration is UPRERAPRJ442226/10/2024. If anyone quotes you the short form, they are working from that page rather than from the register.
On the positive side, the compliance record on the entity that actually holds the registration is clean: zero complaints against this project and zero against Logix Buildestate Pvt Ltd across its two registered projects.

This is ACE Group’s own film for Ace Estate, running about four and a half minutes and posted in December 2024, two months after the project was registered.
It shows the masterplan and the amenity intent for the township. Bear in mind while watching that the RERA completion date of 31 December 2025 has since passed, so treat everything in it as the plan rather than as the current state of the site.

This is a plotted township, so there is no carpet or super area and no floor plan. What matters is the plot size, the rate per square yard and the title.
ACE publishes the land area but not the plot ladder or the price. The sizes below are corroborated across three portals, which is better than most figures on this corridor, but they are still not on the developer’s own page.
*Neither ACE nor the RERA record publishes a price. Two sources quote a rate per square yard and they are about 30 per cent apart: one says ₹1,15,000 per sq yd described as tentative, the other ₹1,50,000 per sq yd giving totals of ₹2.25 Cr to ₹7.50 Cr. A third says price on request. A 30 per cent spread is too wide to average into something useful, so we have published none of them as the price. Ask us for the current rate. Stamp duty, registration and lease charges are extra.

Logix ACE Estate amenities
The list below is what ACE publishes for Ace Estate. On a plotted township the thing that actually determines whether you can build is infrastructure: roads, drainage, power, water and sewerage, and when each will be laid. ACE publishes none of that detail, and given the completion date has passed it is the first thing to ask about.
Portals add a golf course, swimming pool, gymnasium, skating rink and cricket and squash facilities. None of those is on ACE’s own page for this project and we have not presented them as committed.

The proposed completion date was 31 December 2025. That has passed and we found no extension and no completion certificate on the summary page. ACE lists the project under ongoing. One portal still shows possession as December 2025.
Zero complaints against the project and zero against the promoter across its two registrations.
Ask what has been filed with UP RERA since 31 December 2025, and what infrastructure has actually been laid on the ground. Get both in writing.
Buying at Logix ACE Estate? Read this first
The completion date on the register passed roughly nine months ago with no extension visible, and this is a plotted scheme with an 18 month declared duration, which is short. Ask what has been filed since, and go and look at whether the roads, drainage and services are actually in. On a plot you cannot build until they are.
Get the registration number right. It is UPRERAPRJ442226/10/2024. A channel partner site publishes UPRERAPRJ4422, a truncation that is not a valid number for this project, and that same page asserts the promoter is ACE rather than Logix. Logix ACE Estate location: Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway
The RERA address of record is Plot TS-01B, Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar. One portal gives the PIN as 203135.
Both ACE and the portals cite proximity to Noida International Airport at Jewar and the proposed Film City, but no verified distance is published by anyone, so we have not put any here. See what else is in the area in Sector 22D.

ACE Group and Logix Buildestate Pvt Ltd
The project is branded ACE Estate and sits on ACE Group India’s own website. Its other projects on this site include ACE Terra and ACE Starlit.
The promoter registered with UP RERA, though, is Logix Buildestate Pvt Ltd, of 9 Sikka Complex, Preet Vihar, East Delhi, a company with two projects on the register. That is a Logix Group entity, not an ACE one, and it is why one portal files the project under the name Logix Ace Estate. A channel partner page claims the opposite; the register settles it.
One distinction matters here and we want to draw it carefully. A different Logix Group company, Logix City Developers Private Limited, was admitted to insolvency by NCLT New Delhi in 2022, in a matter concerning the Blossom Zest project in Sector 143, Noida. Logix Buildestate Pvt Ltd is not named in that proceeding. Separately, the Noida Authority cancelled a land allotment to a Logix Group subsidiary over roughly ₹1.3 billion in unpaid dues. The promoter of this project is not insolvent, and we are not going to say it is; but it belongs to a group where one company is, and that is a fair thing for a buyer to know.
