Prateek Stylome is an eight tower project of about 580 homes at Sadarpur, Sector 45, Noida, handed over around June 2015. It sells only large formats, 3, 4 and 5 BHK, with carpet areas that portals put between roughly 1,240 and 2,394 sq ft. Everything available now is resale.
Sector 45 sits in the older part of Noida near the Sector 44 and 47 belt, with city roads and the expressway both reachable. Prateek cites metro access but does not name a station, so we have not put a figure on it.
We could not find a UP RERA registration for Stylome. Prateek’s own page says only that the project is registered under RERA rules, without a number. One portal displays UPRERAAGT10119, which is that portal’s own agent registration and not a project number. One low authority site publishes UPRERAPRJ120027, which we could neither confirm nor disprove against the register. The likeliest explanation is completion before the registration cut off, given a 2015 handover, but that is not confirmed.
The published data on this project conflicts more than most. Land area is given as 7.5 acres by two sources and 8 acres by a third. Unit count is 580 on two and 545 on another. And the size tables split cleanly into two sets about 50% apart, which is the signature of one source quoting carpet and another quoting super area for the same homes.

Like most developer films of that era it is an animation made to sell the project before it was finished, so the interiors are intent rather than specification. The useful parts are the tower arrangement and the sense of how the larger layouts are organised.

Prateek publishes no sizes and no price. Three portals label the smaller set of numbers below as carpet area and one gives a larger set about 50% above, consistent with super area for the same homes. We have shown both and labelled which is which, but note that the pairing is inferred from the ratio rather than stated by any single source.
*Resale asking prices, not developer prices and not transacted values. A second portal gives ₹1.50 Cr to ₹2.45 Cr for the same project. A third quotes ₹2.76 Cr to ₹5.42 Cr at ₹22,000 per sq ft, roughly double every other source; that site is also the only one publishing an unverified RERA number for the project, and we would not rely on it. Stamp duty, registration and transfer charges are extra.

The project is at Sadarpur, Sector 45, Noida, in the older part of the city near the Sector 44 and 47 belt rather than out on the expressway.
Prateek cites proximity to the main city roads, the Noida to Greater Noida Expressway and metro access, but does not name a station or publish a distance, so we have not put a figure here. See what else is in the area in Sector 45.

Prateek Group
Prateek Group has been building in Noida and Ghaziabad since the 2000s. Its other projects on this site include Prateek Canary, Prateek Edifice and Prateek Wisteria.
The promoter entity for Stylome is not confirmed. One portal attributes it to Prateek Buildtech India Private Limited while other Prateek projects are registered to Prateek Realtors India Private Limited. We could not verify either against the register for this project, so read the name on the agreement carefully.
