Prateek Fedora is a three tower project of 252 homes on about 3 acres at Biswas Marg, Sector 61, Noida. It was launched in July 2009 and handed over around 2012, so everything available now is resale. At 84 homes to the acre it is one of the lower density projects in central Noida.
Sector 61 is old Noida rather than the expressway corridor. That means a metro station, established markets and schools already in place rather than promised, which for a lot of buyers is the whole point.
We could not find a UP RERA registration for Fedora, and this matters enough to spell out. Prateek publishes no number on its own page. One portal displays UPRERAAGT10119 in its RERA field, which is that portal’s own agent registration and not a project number at all. Another site has published UPRERAPRJ2683 against Fedora; that number belongs to Prateek Edifice in Sector 107, a different project.
The likeliest explanation is that Fedora was completed before UP RERA’s registration cut off and so never had to register, which would be normal for a 2012 handover. We have not been able to confirm that, so we are telling you there is no number rather than showing one that looks reassuring and is wrong.

It is worth being clear about what it is: the developer filmed, chose and edited it, so nobody unhappy is going to appear in it. Watch it for the built reality of the corridors, lifts, grounds and parking rather than for the opinions.

Prateek publishes no sizes and no price for Fedora. Every figure below is from a property portal, and the two main sources disagree on the entry price for the same flat. We have shown both rather than blend them into a range that neither source supports.
*These are resale asking prices captured in September 2026, not developer prices and not transacted values. A second portal puts the range at ₹1.71 Cr to ₹2.90 Cr at about ₹13,850 per sq ft, which starts higher than the ₹1.42 Cr above for the same 1,235 sq ft flat. No carpet area is published anywhere for this project. Stamp duty, registration and transfer charges are extra.

The project is at E-11, Biswas Marg, Block D, Sector 61, Noida, near the German School and close to Golf Marg, Atta Market Road and the Indirapuram link.

Prateek Group has been building in Noida and Ghaziabad since the 2000s. Fedora, launched in 2009, is one of its earlier Noida projects. Its other work on this site includes Prateek Canary and Prateek Edifice.
The UP RERA register shows 490 complaints against Prateek Realtors India Private Limited across all its projects. That is a promoter level figure and none of it is recorded against Fedora, which has no RERA record at all.
