ACE Starlit is a five tower project of 492 homes on 6.79 acres in Sector 152, Noida, marketed by ACE Group and registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ677294 to Star Landcraft Private Limited. It sits next to the land the Noida Authority has earmarked for a golf course, on the far side of the expressway from the older sectors.
The layouts are 2 and 3 BHK with penthouses at the top, in five towers named A1, A2, B1, B2 and B3. ACE publishes the land area as 27,496.49 sq m, which is 6.79 acres, and the unit count as 492.
There is a status problem with this project that you should know about before you read anything else online. Every major portal describes ACE Starlit as ready to move with an April 2025 possession date. That date is the completion date declared on the RERA registration, which has since passed. ACE’s own construction update page carries site photographs dated as recently as March 2026 showing towers A1, A2, B1, B2, B3 and the commercial shops still under construction.
So the honest position is that the portals are repeating a lapsed RERA date as though it were a handover. Until ACE publishes an occupancy certificate we would not call this project ready to move, and neither should anyone selling it to you. There are also six complaints recorded against the project on the UP RERA register.

ACE Group publishes construction updates for Starlit on its own channel. This is the January 2026 one, running about three minutes.
A dated construction film from the developer is more useful on an under construction project than a rendered walkthrough, because you can check it against what the RERA record says should have been finished by then.

ACE publishes no price list and no size table for Starlit. The sizes below are portal figures labelled as saleable area. One portal publishes much smaller built-up and carpet numbers that cannot be reconciled with a 1,350 sq ft saleable 2 BHK, so we have left those out rather than print two contradictory tables.
*ACE publishes no price. Two portals captured in September 2026 give different ranges for the same project, ₹2.29 to ₹3.03 Cr on one and ₹1.99 to ₹2.71 Cr on the other. Treat both as asking prices. Stamp duty, registration and club charges are extra.

ACE publishes the finishes and the building specification in detail and says less about the club. The list below separates the two.
The amenity list in the second half comes from property portals rather than from ACE, so treat it as indicative until you have seen the club on site.

Registered as UPRERAPRJ677294 to Star Landcraft Private Limited on 25 May 2021.
The declared completion date of 30 April 2025 passed. Portals have been repeating it ever since as a possession date.

Buying at ACE Starlit? Check these first
Do not accept ready to move without the occupancy certificate in your hand. The April 2025 date every portal quotes is the lapsed RERA completion date, not a handover, and ACE’s own site photographs from March 2026 show construction still going on.

ACE Starlit location: Sector 152, Noida
ACE places Starlit next to the land the Noida Authority has earmarked for a golf course and near the site proposed for an international cricket stadium. Sector 152 sits on the far side of the Noida to Greater Noida Expressway from the older sectors, which is why the entry price is lower than Sector 150 next door.
Secondary sources put the Sector 148 metro station on the Aqua Line about 4 km away. ACE does not publish that figure, so treat it as indicative. See what else is on this stretch in Noida Expressway.

ACE Group

Starlit is registered to Star Landcraft Private Limited, not to an entity carrying the ACE name. That is normal practice and not a concern in itself, but it is the company you will be contracting with, so read the name on the agreement.
