Happy Trails is the ATS group’s Homekraft brand applied to Greater Noida West, which in practice means ATS planning and specification at a price a good deal below the group’s Noida projects. It sits on 8.59 acres in Sector 10, with 12 towers of ground plus 27 floors and, by portal counts, around 1,239 homes.
The homes are sold as 2 and 3 BHK with a study. The ATS floor plans give three types. Type C is 1,165 sq ft saleable (965 sq ft built up plus 200 sq ft common circulation and services) against a carpet of 720 sq ft. Type B is 1,385 sq ft saleable (1,185 plus 200) against a carpet of 930 sq ft. Type A is 1,625 sq ft saleable (1,275 plus 350) against a carpet of 1,010 sq ft. Portals quote these between ₹1.50 Cr and ₹2.22 Cr, at rates from about ₹12,950 to ₹16,000 per sq ft.
Possession is quoted as October 2025 and the resale and rental market is active, with dozens of listings on the portals, which is usually the clearest signal that a project is really occupied. One portal still tags it as under construction, so ask which towers have their occupancy certificate before you commit.

The published list covers a central clubhouse, a swimming pool and a separate kids pool, a tennis court, an indoor squash room, an indoor gymnasium, a multipurpose hall, a cards room, a skating rink, a green belt and landscaped grounds.
Portals add badminton and basketball courts, CCTV surveillance, power backup, rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant. Since the towers are occupied, you can check every one of these on a visit rather than taking the list on trust.

Sector 10 sits on the Noida to Greater Noida link road, which is the spine of Noida Extension, and the project material puts it next to an upcoming metro station, about five minutes from Kisan Chowk and roughly twenty minutes from Noida City Centre.
