The Islands by Gaurs is Gaurs Group’s luxury project on Plot No. B-11 in Jaypee Greens, the gated golf township near Pari Chowk in Greater Noida. It has 506 homes in 9 towers, only 4 BHK and 5 BHK layouts with a utility room, and it’s registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ734569.
Homes come in four sizes: 4 BHK + Utility of about 3,683, 4,359 and 4,859 sq ft, and a 5 BHK + Utility of about 6,011 sq ft (super area). There are just two apartments on each floor, so every home gets light on several sides and far fewer neighbours sharing a lobby.
What sets The Islands apart is what’s built on top and around it. A 30,000 sq ft clubhouse called The Gold Coast holds an indoor heated pool, bowling alley, cigar lounge and spa. The Orbit, a skywalk just above the 23rd floor and about 90 metres up, links eight of the towers with a jogging track, observatory deck, open-air theatre and paddle court.
Construction is well along. As of 5 September 2026, Gaurs shows the structure of Blocks A, B and C completed and the other six towers between the 22nd and 26th floors, against a RERA completion date of April 2030. For another golf-side option nearby, compare Godrej Golf Links Evoke Villas.

Gaurs The Islands price and unit sizes
Gaurs doesn’t publish a price list online, so the prices below are our estimate from channel partner quotes of about ₹14,000 to ₹15,000 per sq ft on super area. The sizes are the four layouts on offer. Ask us for the official floor plans and the current rate for the tower and floor you like.

The entry layout: four bedrooms plus a utility room in about 3,683 sq ft of super area, with imported marble in the living and dining room and wooden flooring in the bedrooms.
Amenities at The Islands by Gaurs
Gaurs has split the amenities into three zones. The Ivory Coast is the ground-level landscape with water bodies, a walking track, open gym, climbing wall and play areas for kids, pets and seniors. The Gold Coast is the 30,000 sq ft clubhouse. The Orbit is the skywalk joining eight towers above the 23rd floor.
Inside the homes, Gaurs specifies imported marble in the drawing and dining rooms, laminated wooden floors in the bedrooms, VRV or split ACs, a modular kitchen with hob and chimney, video intercom and wardrobes in the dressing rooms.

Ask which tower and floor you’re being offered and how far that tower has reached. Towers A, B and C are the furthest along, which may matter if you want an earlier handover.
Check the RERA details on up-rera.in, ask for the official floor plan and a written cost sheet with PLC, parking and club charges, and compare with Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences if you want a smaller budget in Greater Noida.
Gaurs The Islands location: Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida
The Islands sits on Plot No. B-11 inside Jaypee Greens, a 452-acre gated township near Pari Chowk in Greater Noida. The township already has its 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman, a golf practice range, the Boomerang Club, the Atlantic Sports Complex, a temple, schools and a helipad, so daily life doesn’t depend on what gets built later.
