Eldeco Live By The Greens is the group’s large Sector 150 development, built in three phases across roughly 20 acres with about 1,059 homes. The first two phases are due to finish through 2026 and the third carries a February 2027 completion date on the UP RERA register, so parts of the project are close to handover while others are still going up.
Each phase has its own registration: UPRERAPRJ15172 for Phase I, UPRERAPRJ121123 for Phase II and UPRERAPRJ575706 for Phase III, the last of which is registered to Wondrous Buildmart Private Limited and runs to 22 floors. That phase was registered on 1 November 2021 with an architect of record, Kulmeet Shangari, named on the filing.
The homes are 2 and 3 BHK. Portals list saleable areas of 1,137 and 1,155 sq ft for the 2 BHK against RERA carpet areas of 668 and 676 sq ft, and 1,404 sq ft for the 3 BHK against a carpet of 827 sq ft. One RERA aggregator labels the same 1,137 and 1,155 figures as carpet, which cannot be right alongside the other numbers, so please read the agreement for the flat you are offered rather than a portal table.
Eldeco leads on the greens and the cricket, and channel partners describe a clubhouse of about 39,000 sq ft, which Eldeco itself does not confirm on its project page. For a ready alternative in the same sector, look at ATS Pristine or Godrej Palm Retreat.

Eldeco publishes the amenity and location lists but not a price list, so the prices below come from portals. The carpet areas are the RERA figures, which are the ones that matter when you compare this against anything else in the sector.

Amenities at Eldeco Live By The Greens
Eldeco’s own list for the project reads: clubhouse, cricket pitch, gym, swimming pool, half basketball court, jogging track, lawn tennis court and grass sloped seating. The cricket pitch is the unusual one, and it is the amenity the project is best known for in the sector.
Channel partners add a clubhouse of about 39,000 sq ft and a cricket academy tie-up. Neither appears on Eldeco’s own project page, so treat those as claims to verify in writing rather than commitments.

Live By The Greens location: Sector 150, Noida
Eldeco lists the Sector 148 metro station on the Aqua Line three to four km away, RPS International School at 4 km, KR Mangalam World School three to four km, Greater Valley School and the Noida educational area four to five km, the Noida to Greater Noida Expressway four to five km and the upcoming Jewar airport at 20 km.
